In 15 years of continuous service with VIF, on 2 different addresses, I have very rarely had connection problems, and I have never found a cheaper price for the same speed.

The first month the speed was low but ok, after that it dropped suddenly and I started having dropped connections, very frequent timeouts, and my son who plays LIVE games has slow times. very high response in his games. The ploy is that they sell you unlimited access but if you download or watch videos they put you on a slow track.

I have a contract for $39 /30Mbs + $80 for initial fees. After only 5 months, they raised the price to $50 / month!!!
I complained, I requested my $80 to go elsewhere, I even filed a complaint to OPC and sent them a 'mise en demeure' but they refuse to answer, they don't care. The law is on my side, but they know I won't go to court to apply it. But I'm shopping now, and I will leave them in a week or two. They will loose my business.
