Where do I begin!? These 2 Telus employees came to our condo to sell their products last week (The Carmandy in Port Coquitlam, BC). They sold us on an internet plan and a mobile plan from Koodo. Telus runs Fibre into every wealthy rural neighbourhood in the county but not to a block in the city with multi unit dwellings. Internet plan is extremely expensive. Navigating the online website is difficult. Wary of customer service and loyalty staff as they are determined to confuse and up-sell customers on things we don't need through a labyrinthine series of time-bounded discount codes that must be re-negotiated every few years to keep the bill lower.
