FYI I'm in Quebec.I had Oricom 500Mbps package installed Sep 19th 2024, which is distributel.The bell tech set everything up on the scheduled day.I did not want to use Oricoms Wireless router because I already had my own router and wireless access point in place.I'm using my own router (ER-X) and I'm getting the a bit over 500Mbps download and upload while wired, which is nice!!Support is great, y More

Internet installation was supposed to take place October 8, as agreed by phone on September 25 with Oricom's residential service. No installer arrived and Oricom then told me that there was no record in the "system" for the installation, despite the agreement on September 25. Either someone did not do the job correctly at Oricom to request the installation or there is a fault in Orimcom's system design.
