Be careful about using this service - it is owned by Telus. I originally signed up because they claimed to have wider coverage in BC than Rogers. However their definition of "wider" means "roaming" which is VERY expensive. When I cancelled my account, they insisted on charging me for another 3 months - despite my not using their services. I dont know why that surprises me - It is Telus after all. Serves me right I suppose.

On the phone for over 90 minutes, bounced from dept to dept attempting to advocate for some empathy and understanding. Told that the previous departments should have addressed the concern. The client I work with has been in hospital for nearly a year, the bills racked up, warrantied phone was stolen but client couldn't report it stolen given their condition. For the love of god do not go with koodo. I added some add ons recently for some extra data and I can no longer un-add them because their website has been broken for weeks. Not even their shit customer service reps can do anything about it because they're just that useless. Fuck koodo and their broken website.

Thier employees are terrible on the phone and just want a good rating. They aren’t able to solve any issues and the issue ALWAYS comes back less than a few months later. They up charge, change plans all without notifying. Wouldn’t reccomend them to anyone

I started with this company because i thought i was getting a deal on an iphone. Save yourself the hassle do not go with this company. Lots of upsells, shady practices, unclear with their offers. I cant wait till i finish my contract and switch

We were charged for calls made to Bosnia. We have never made these calls nor do we know anyone there. By the end, the bill totaled over $400 in fees. Once we noticed this we set up a call with a rep and spent over 2 hours with them trying to explain that this is Fraud and we never made these calls More

15 year customer, used to like them. Not anymore, they seem to be becoming scam artists. Forced me to upgrade my phone, then my plan (to something I really didn't want/need) then 10 months later, my bill started going up.

When I signed up, I was told and have in writing that the activation fee would be waived. It showed up on the first bill. I was then told it would be credited on the 2nd or 3rd bill. It's been four months and I have not recieved it. The rep who signed me up said he would take care of it and could not connect me directly with a manager. I am very unsatisfied.

When my plan is finished so am I. Horrible Customer Service. The phone only gets 2 bars at best at any time. DO NOT WASTE YOUR $$$$$

coverage is okay not great, but their billing is crazy, i've gotten wrong charges multiple times, specially with roaming even when i switch off my line when abroad. I do not recommend.
