They have no respect for customers. The schedule on their site is 9am-9pm and I traveled from Montreal to Pointe Claire to pick up the modem and other devices and finally find out everyone left at 5pm once I was present. It's ridiculous to have a company without respect like that and yet I had had the voicemail telling me to pick them up. I'll let you draw your conclusions. Very disappointed in 2022!!

I had this hay spit company. I wanted to change my plan and I didn't agree to pay a $90 network fee just to change speed. I'm ok well I'm going to change companies. They cut my internet right away without waiting for me to find another company. Keep yourself away from this one-person shop.

I took internet service on December 29, 2020. To this day I still have no internet although they charged me for a full month and activation. Service with my other cie ended on Friday 2 p.m. EGC was unable to activate their service leaving me without internet since. On Friday they tell me that I will have internet today, Monday. When I contact them at 11 a.m., I am told that it will be January 13.. More

EGC Telecom, recently acquired by Altima does not respect its customers. I changed internet providers on March 4th and have been trying to get credit for the number of unused days ever since. After three calls where I am told each time that my file will be referred to the finance department, I still have not received a return call or a credit to my credit card account.
