I just want a cheaper internet bill. And, I didn't realize that the price I paid originally for Eastlink internet was a promotional offer and that it would go up by $20 after a year.

Some techies are unsure of their system and some lack sufficient language skills to be understandable. Changing a password is ridiculously complex, involving over a dozen steps. The Eastlink system guarantees that decision-makers exist beyond contact of any kind by customers.
