The speeds of this provider were super slow. I called to cancel my service and the customer service reps both times I called were super quiet and did not speak proper english. It was super frustrating.

I joined Diallog but had to change internet providers a few months later. The CRTC states internet service providers must refund any unearned money from the date the customer requests cancellation until the end of the billing term if paid in advance but Diallog's terms state they must be given 30 days notice.
