After a few years COGECO reneged on the price of the120 month agreement. The service provided never lived up to the services offered. Constant slow speeds of the internet has been very frustrating. it takes hours for call backs for service inquiry. Hung up on more than once from tech support. Before Cogeco bought Axion (I was with Axion) the connection was much better with fewer modem outages. In addition to telephone harassment when you forget to pay 1 week after the due date.
