I’ve had bell internet at this address for 2 years. The first year was fantastic (no outages, consistent speed) and then the modem needed replacing after perhaps a year of service. Since then I have had 3-4 more modems that only seem to last 1-2 months at a time and then they completely stop working (no internet at all) and need replacing. My internet seems to be down 20% of the time. Called Bell More

price supposed to be fix, but keep getting up, connection is unstable(cannot play video-games online without having drops), slowdown while working...for a 1gb plan, it is the worst. Customer service is bad when you need help..avoid Bell

The customer service is poor, you don't even know who you're talking to! If you don't look at your bills, you're charged extra fees, big thieves! I definitely don't recommend this company! They yell at their customers when they're in the wrong! Maghrebis are very rude and don't recognize their customers.

Been a business customer for over 10 years. Trying to buy a new phone online, did not go through. Called four times with no success. Call back requested and you still get put on hold. If I could give 0 stars I would. Total downhill service.

Very unreliable service, the customer service including manager is very poor and they lie to their customers.They they are on the same page when it comes to their process.My Modern stop working and told me pickbup a new box and once you plug it in it will work which is a lied they have to reset the box I lost 3 days of work. The manager promised someone will show up the next day and no body came.

Bell rates too high, They IMPOSED Fiber optics on me and then increased the already high landline rates. Occasionally, I get messages left on my phone box up to 20 hours later. Customer service is difficult to reach and too often they are agents from distant origins that are difficult to understand.
