Telus customer and was provided an email with a good offer. Signed up, package came and got setup relatively painlessly. Notcied that invoicing was off when I received my 3rd invoice 2 weeks into service covering until end of May. My internet then went out for 4 days - during which they would not follow-up and blamed Rogers (I'm in Toronto) and could do nothing as they were not allowed to contact More

Absolutely terrible. Signed up Aug 25, paid $116.00. Cancelled the previous internet. Made the service tech appointment. Received the modem etc, and then I received another invoice. No show for the service tech (even though they ask you to pick 2 days, just in case they can't make the first date), I have sent emails, all with no actual response, I have called, also no answer. Do not do business with this supplier. Impossible to reach by phone. Unnecessary alternative communication links (messages and email). After 2.5 days without internet, no return call, response by email, message or communication relating to the treatment of your problem. Frequent outages and bandwidth flow not respected. I was with Transat Telecom for several years and which was bought by Altima which became my new default supplier since the beginning of last summer. Since then the connection is no longer stable at all. I should drive on 50 and it is often below 10 and especially in the evening. I do not recommend this company and I will change supplier shortly.

If I could give no star or half star I would but it is set up to give at least 1 star. This company sucks your customer service reps are rude as hell I have been without my internet for 3 weeks now no one knows the problem to dates booked where a tech was to come out to fix it which was a no show no call both times I would never refer this company to anyone.

Tech Support is horrible offshore and you can't understand a word. It's a trade off... price vs support. They use the big 3 backbone so if you have Bell/Rogers that is who they are using mostly; however, if something goes down, good luck getting it fixed fast.
